What is the Brand Yorkshire Awards?
The ceremony recognises Yorkshire businesses for excellence in several categories such as Innovation, Best Small Business, Hospitality, Property and Construction and more.
To be shortlisted for the Brand Yorkshire Awards, the business must have a clear offering and a well-defined set of potential customers that have led the business to great success in its chosen market, demonstrated by more than just profit, but also customer feedback.
Previously in 2019 and 2020, at the annual ESTAS Customer Service awards, NSI was named ‘Best in Sector’ for electrical services to Estate Agents and Letting Agents throughout the UK. The company has also been shortlisted again in 2021 and recognised for its outstanding customer service to its clients.

The Owners
NSI was founded by Andy Stoner and Dan Combe in 2017. The two were friends since school and came back together in 2017 after discovering that they had a unique combination of skills that would allow them to pursue the start-up.
Dan said: “Out of the blue me and Andy spoke to each other about the idea of setting up and just offering testing, and then we just said, let’s do it. So, I moved back to Leeds.”
NSI now work with Letting Agents and Landlords across the UK, with 60 staff employed, and a turnover of £2.5m.
