Electrician - Testing and Inspection - Immediate Start

£18-£20.50p/hr, £35,000 to £40,000 a year

A multi-award-winning National Electrical Safety Inspections company has an exciting opportunity for an Electrician with 18th Edition and Inspection and testing experience to join our team.

We go the extra mile in terms of the level of service and professionalism provided, winning contracts from some of England’s biggest companies within the private rental sector.

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Domestic Testing and Inspection Electrician to help aid further growth. As an honest and forward-thinking company, we require someone to continue these traits and promote the business as well as show ambition to progress further within their career.

You will be mainly required to undertake EICRs (PIRs) in private rented accommodation. Your diary will have pre-booked appointments and access will have been arranged before your visit. Due to the amount of work at our disposal, there is every opportunity for overtime if you request.

The job is a permanent role and you won’t be required to work away.

Requirements:
» Level 3 NVQ (C&G 2330 or equivalent)
» 18th Edition
» Inspection and testing (C&G 2391 or equivalent)
» Full UK Driving Licence (Max 6 points)

As we are predominantly an inspection and testing company, experience in fault finding and minor remedial work in properties is essential.

Business Development Executive

£20-£24k Basic – OTE £40k

The Main Purpose of the Role is to:
To bring in new customers for the services we provide, predominately via telesales. The role will be relying on the following process, using the prescribed system, engaging customers with a dynamic and friendly style, and a focus on achieving sales per month in line with targets. The role will be targeted with metrics and KPIs to monitor performance.

Scope of the job:
» Contact prospect businesses’ that manage residential housing and sell our service (e.g. estate agents).
» Build a rapport and find information about the prospect.
» Pitch NSI’s service.
» For sales won, own (look after) the customer until their first works order is fully completed, then hand the prospect over to NSI Account Management.
» Ensure new customers are satisfied with the service prior to handing it to Account Mgmt.

» The role is sales and focussed, winning new business to completing works orders is the focus.
» The role requires an understanding of business-to-business sales (B2B).
» Provide feedback and support to the Sales Team Leader and the management team as required.
» Follow the NSI process and use the Systems provided.» Provide feedback on potential improvements to the process and systems.

» Focus selling on two specific areas:

Strategic / Proactive areas for growth as directed by the company.

Reactive areas where resource is available needing higher workload.

Bookings Team Administrator

£20k w/company performance bonus

The Main Purpose of the Role is to:
» To ensure the electricians diaries are filled with appointments to achieve maximum efficiency.
» To minimise lost and failed appointments through effective objection handling with occupiers and electricians.
» To ensure the electricians are supported in delivering their appointments by dealing with home occupiers, landlords, and estate agents.

» To ensure home occupiers are kept informed of appointments by using NSI systems.
» To ensure works orders are processed efficiently.
» To ensure that any follow up works required are planned in and delivered.
» To ensure any dissatisfied customers are registered on the customer complaints log.
» To ensure the processes and systems are used correctly.

Scope of the job:
» To ensure the appointments booked maximise the electricians working hours
» To ensure all works orders are processed and delivered
» To ensure follow up works are processed and booked correctly
» Minimise lost appointments through objection handling techniques
» Ensure cancelled appointments are replaced with alternative appointments where possible
» To ensure routes are optimised to have most efficient drive time
» To ensure KPIs are monitored and targets are hit
» To ensure areas of too little or too much work are highlighted to the Bookings Team Leader
